CRAIG CHAIT CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
 
Craig is the founder of iHost Hospitality and has 18 years experience in the hospitality industry in areas of finance, information technology and audit consultancy. Craig worked with Accor Hotels & Resorts as well as Mirvac Hotel Group in finance, corporate management and operations. He then joined Micros Systems Inc., a supplier of property management & point of sale systems where roles included global sales, marketing, operational consulting, business best practice for hotels, resorts, food & beverage businesses and other and travel organisations.
 
Craig worked for the Micros-Fidelio Regional Asia/Pacific office for 4 years along side numerous companies in consultative roles covering operatoinal strategy, sales & marketing, project management, financial & audit services among others. Project experience includes working with such companies as Carlson, Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Shangri-La, Le Meridien, Mandarin Oriental, Starwood, Peninsula, Taj Hotels and numerous others. Craig’s expertise and niche within Micros earned him a global position working for the head office in the US. This saw Craig’s responsibilities oversee product and project management for various hospitality and travel based systems as well as the bridging of back office and front office systems (SunSystems, Fidelio and Micros).
 
Heading up global sales and strategic projects for iHost Hospitality as well as managing business partners, Craig's strength is global networking and alliance relationships.
 
 
 
MOHAMMED FARES BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER
 
Moe (Mohammed) heads up the support department for iHost Hospitality, bringing a wealth of experience to the role and business culture which helps shape the Company. A strong background in business systems solutions, network infrastructure, IT security as well as implementation, ensures iHost support is not just comprehensive but end-to-end, covering all facets of project implemenattion.
 
Moe has a rich history with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Forum Hotels, as well as Waves, a leading IT & Communications company operating in the Middle East. Past roles saw him provide an extensive array of professional consulting to Le Royal Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Kempisnki and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
 
Moe has recently been at the forefront of positioning iHost in the Middle East, delivering solutions not just in English but also in Arabic, fundamental to the delivery of solutions within this region.
 
 
KC WONG PRODUCT MANAGER
 
KC is the quintessential Product Manager. An expert in iHost solutions, ensuring customers are not just aware of the rich features and benefits of our products, but that they are also implemented and used for end user benefit.
 
Based out of iHost’s Malaysian operations centre in Kuala Lumpur, KC has been instrumental in helping iHost gain a solid foothold in the growing Asian market, providing solutions and services in Chinese and English, including many successful projects in China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia among others.
 
KC was former Head of Implementation Services at RCC Sdn Bhd, a leading hospitality solutions provider in Asia, providing KC with his extensive background in project delivery and support. Prior to this held key positions within XN Corporation (Protel, PixelPoint, Infogenesis), TRG International (SunSystems), and also has extensive training and project delivery in spa solutions.
