SUPPORT MANAGER
Due to company growth, iHost is seeking an experienced Support Manager or Specialist to join its dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day support of systems to customers, maintaining the internal support system and standards in place, tracking all support cases for escalation, attention or closure, as well as work side by side with fellow staff members to ensure customer satisfaction levels are kept high. Liaison with a small satellite office in Malaysia is also needed to ensure staff in this location are productive and busy.
This role requires management skills, previous experience, and be able to work autonomously. The position reports to the CEO. You will be a high achiever, organised and motivated, be flexible, be able to undertake some travel, and possess a solid IT knowledge. You will have unlimited energy and power to become the best in the business.
You may currently be working with or have worked with similar or competing solutions in the market. Alternatively you may be an IT Manager of a hotel or similar environment, having installed and supported property management, sales & catering or spa solutions.

OFFICE MANAGER
iHost is seeking an Office Manager with experience in general office duties ranging from bookkeeping to assisting in project planning and staff travel, as well as being of support to a busy team of IT professionals.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, have an eye for detail, be able to work autonomously, and bring a depth of experience from a similar role. This position reports to the CEO. You will be a high achiever, organised and able to liaise with partners from around the world as well as customers from all spectrums o varying industries, time zones and cultures.
